Isn't it though? I think it is an excellent little horror story on its own, but when considered in context--yow! So beautifully written. I really like how she lets the readers fill in all the details for themselves, such as the smell and sight of the flowers, and where the kittens go... I'd like to see it get some sort of award, if fanfic is allowed to get real awards.

You have to read between the lines and use your imagination. I like to think of all the horrible, wicked things that Elijah Wood--I mean, FRODO--does as the new LotR. And then I have to go lie down for a while.
