Not asleep yet.
Mar. 6th, 2003 09:45 pmOkay, this is just stupid. Whatever stress is going on, whatever it is that is keeping me from sleeping--war, the TJTAMB, whatever--is now causing me to break out in peculiarly selective hives. I have a humongous hive on my left eyelid that is preventing me from even opening that eye all the way. It came on suddenly, and I know it will go away when I pound down a double dose of antihistamines. Dumb, dumb. Stop it. You have no reason to become hivey.
Here's an early warning for the four or five of you out there in Readerland: It's almost time for my running commentary on American Idol: Season 2. You've been warned. I've got my favorite picked out already.

Date: 2003-03-07 07:13 pm (UTC)Just for the record, it's Clay Aiken. Ears and all. He sings and I'm enchanted by his voice. Makes me wish I was a bigtime musical theatre director so I could cast him in something. I also really like Ruben (who I hope knows more than just the one song) and Vanessa with her bodacious backside and wacky hair. But dang, I miss Frenchie.

p.s. Two hour show this Tuesday! EEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
